Multifamily Rates

We have been able to have some great conversations with many of you and have been productively engaged in setting up systems that will work a bit better for your particular complex.

See our multifamily rates.

About Our Rates

Please note that billing statements for multi-family customers are sent out monthly.

SCRR’s competitive rates are adjusted annually based on a refuse rate index as provisioned in our contract with the Town of Windsor.  This allows SCRR to cover costs to provide your waste services and maintain compliance with all regulations.
