About Us
Sonoma County Resource Recovery (SCRR) is a waste services provider based in Sonoma County and part of a regional collective of companies owned and managed by industry pioneers. Our team is comprised of dedicated, life-long innovators in the waste-to-resources space. Our operations in the greater California Bay Area span more than one hundred years and our partners are active members in the resource recovery industry who take pride in creatively, practically, and efficiently solving waste-related challenges with integrity. We heave, haul, and responsibly manage thousands of tons of discarded materials every month and continually improve our operations to optimize landfill diversion and recycling. We pride ourselves in achieving compliance through the application of technology that is appropriate to the scale and objectives of the municipal partners we work with, and we always strive to deliver impeccable service to each individual customer.
Bill Pay
Billing: Residential customers are billed quarterly. Multi-family and commercial customers are billed monthly.
Bill Payment Options
Payments can be made in the following forms:
- One-time online payments by credit card,
- Recurring electronic payments by credit card,
- Recurring electronic payments by checking account debit (autopay), and by mail.
We accept checks and credit cards by mail. Please complete and include your remittance stub that is part of your invoice, place the remittance stub and check in the provided envelope, stamp your envelope, and place it in the mail. If you’ve lost your envelope, please address your envelope to:

Note: If you select recurring payments we will also deliver your bills and any educational or instructional materials to your email. All educational and instructional materials sent by email and by post will always be posted and available online, so please do not worry about misplacing these.

SCRR observes the following holidays:
If your regular collection day falls on or after a holiday, your service will be delayed by one day that week. Normal collection will resume the following week.
